eOptimum is a comprehensive web-based healthcare management platform designed for residential aged care facilities. Developed for Eden-on-the-Park, the system digitizes and streamlines the management of patient records, daily care activities, medication tracking, clinical assessments, and administrative operations across multiple care divisions.

The platform enables care staff (nurses, carers, doctors, administrators) to manage the full lifecycle of residential aged care — from initial enquiry and patient registration through to daily activity logging, pathology tracking, medication management, and care plan documentation. It features Role-Based Access Control with division-based PIN validation, real-time activity notifications, and PDF/CSV report exports across five report types.

Core modules include Client Services (Enquiry, Assessment, Care Plan, Registration), Resident Services (Daily Activities, Pathology Tracking, Appointments), Medication Management, User and Group Administration, and a Reporting suite — all backed by a dashboard with quick-access tiles and live activity polling. The system digitized nursing records for over 200 patients.
